ErgoStrap® is ergonomic: there is no need to bend down and no need to walk around the pallet. This means that ErgoStrap® helps minimize the risk of injury and helps prevent back pain. When strapping a pallet manually, the operator has to bend down twice and walk once around the pallet. For proper load securing, two straps are required, which means bending down four times and walking around the pallet twice.
For 50 pallets per day, with 2 straps per pallet, over 250 working days per year, this adds up to bending down 50,000 times and walking around the pallet 25,000 times. ErgoStrap® reduces these movements to zero!
